I felt immensely great from the morning
around 7:00 p.m. there was
some negativity spotted
meaning
negative thoughts and such
negative dynamics of framing of my mind. perhaps the way to say
what supplements contributed to the morning
psilocybe microdosing
Chaga mushroom
My lion's main tincture
and then I hit the usual
millet seeds porridge
after that
I took
fish oil,
double ginkgo biloba,
and topped it off with solbutiamine,
That felt great ;

and so and so and so
but I do have 7 minutes still left
these days I don't experience this multiplicity of thought. well maybe I do actually maybe just regard that that's for the multiplicity
anyways, it all comes down to food I think
I haven't eaten other than that morning and then after eating food now suddenly all the negative thoughts are gone so you connect the dots
